My Beautiful Mum......

Now if you where to ask Emily who she loved the most in the whole world - she would sign to you "Grandma" :-)

One of Emily's obsessions is "Grandma" :-)

Emily and her Grandma have a very special relationship (as does her big Brother)

MY BEAUTIFUL MUM....... she is my best friend

MY BEAUTIFUL MUM...... she is my rock

MY BEAUTIFUL MUM...... is the core of our family unit

MY BEAUTIFUL MUM...... is my every thing

This week has been a week from HELL - I can think of no other way to describe it.  I arrived at my parents home on Tuesday morning to find paramedics attending to MY BEAUTIFUL MUM - I say with great sadness and a very heavy heart that my Mum had suffered a heart attack...............

Thankfully Mum is doing very well ~ I have just returned from the hospital....... she had a 100% blockage to one of her valves which was a blood clot, the operation was successful and thankfully carried out immediately.  As long as Mum takes things easy she may even be allowed home soon!!

I find it difficult to comprehend how life can change so drastically with no warning what so ever!!

So please don't take your loved ones for granted - life is more delicate than I realised even with what we have experienced with Emily and her problems nothing in the world could have prepared me for this.

Lots of prayers and healing vibes for MY BEAUTIFUL MUM please.

  2. What beautiful photos. You can see the love between Emily and your Mum.
I know what you mean about life being precious - my own hubby had a heart attack 2 days after Xmas, five years ago. I had a young baby and Joe was as old as Josh. I coped extremely well as it all kicked off but the second week, I was a mess :-(
But I did it. I had to. We just do, don't we?
I am so pleased she's doing well.
Give her my love and anytime you need to vent, just give me a shout.
    Lots of love, Di (Mulvana)
